Using a beautiful combination of Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, vocals and other instruments, sound healing sessions can be designed as stand-alone workshops or added to a yoga class to complement the practice.

Sound healing contraindications

Sound healing may be unsuitable if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Have epilepsy

  • Use hearing aids

  • Have metal pins, plates or other elements in the body

  • Suffer from severe mental health conditions or neurological conditions.
