Vinyasa
The Sanskrit root of ‘Vinyasa’ means to 'place in a special way'. I carefully sequence classes to guide students through the postures to lead them to an openness of body and mind. The asanas are built in layers, allowing students to tailor their practice to suit themselves, and quite often they find themselves in unexpected places! Music is an integral part of these classes and a great deal of attention goes into creating each class as an all-encompassing experience. I am trained to give hands-on assists and adjustments, so that you can experience the asanas as deeply as is right for your practice.
